2020: The Manor is one of 2423 providers to have received Quality Award Recognition.
In the last decade, long term and post-acute care providers avoided over 210,000 hospital readmissions. That's 210,000 individuals who, instead of spending time and money in a more intensive setting, can spend it with family and loved ones.
At the beginning of the decade, there were 173 Silver and Gold Quality Award recipients. At the close of the decade, there are 741. Post-acute and long term care providers have made such amazing strides over the past 10 years.
This decade, ahcancal members reduced the use of off-label antipsychotics by 40%. Post-acute and long term care providers are modernizing and making huge strides to improve the quality of care for the frail and elderly.
In 2010 there were 1,642 @ahcancal members with a Quality Award. 2020 starts with 2,423 active Quality Award recipients. These providers have an amazing commitment to quality.
We are deeply proud to share this honor with other AHCA/NCAL Quality Award winners and we are grateful to our staff who make us proud every day. Thank you!
