Meredith has long served at the Manor on our nursing staff. She returned to take on the challenging role of Nursing Services Director in 2020. Meredith has three daughters and is a Lamoille County resident.

Stephanie holds a BA in Human Services with a focus on Geriatric and Dementia Care.  Stephanie has been in the long term care industry for 20 years. Over the course of that time she has worked in many areas of a long term care facility; including housekeeping and hospitality. She was an LNA for 9½ years and for the last 10 years has been the Resident Care and Services Director at The Manor.  Stephanie lives in Lamoille County with her husband and two children.

Joni LaRow, COTA/L, Director of Rehabilitation is a native Vermonter; raised in Lamoille County. She received her degree in Occupational Therapy from Becker College in 1995. Joni brings to the Manor nearly 30 years of experience as an occupational therapy practitioner. She has invented and patented rehabilitation-medical products that are sold commercially worldwide. She has clinical expertise in neurological rehabilitation and geriatrics with specialty in memory disorders.

Laurie has over 43 years of Long Term Care experience as a licensed nursing assistant, rehabilitation aide, and as The Manor Life Enrichment Director since 2004. Laurie leads her team of associates and volunteers with joy and enthusiasm as they enrich the lives of the residents every day. Certified in Music & Memory, residents are sure to have their fill of celebrations, social stimulation, and lots of laughs with Laurie and her associates. Laurie lives in Northfield Falls with her husband and enjoys time with her family.

John Howell

Hospitality Director

John is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute with both fine dining and high-volume chef experience in Maryland, Florida, Long Island, Coastal Carolina, and Stowe before coming to the Manor.  John was hired as the Executive Chef before being promoted to the Hospitality Director.  Outside of work John is a proud father.  He resides in Hyde Park, Vermont.  Besides cooking, he also enjoys playing music, fishing, art, books, boats, and crossword puzzles.

Property Maintenance Director & Safety Officer

JJ began working at The Manor in October of 2021. He brings over 20 years of experience in  the building trades from residential high end homes to commercial work. JJ loves the hands-on work and relationships he gets to build with the residents and fellow employees. Born in St. Albans, Vermont, JJ was raised here in Morrisville. He is a graduate of Peoples Academy and lives in Morrisville with his wife Mindy and their four children: Savannah, Paislee, Aaron, and Colby.

Mary has a 40+ year career in broadcasting, sales, marketing consulting, education, and nonprofit management. She has taught at Champlain College, owned and operated an award-winning production company, and was nationally recognized by Giving Tuesday as one of only 1000 women nationwide identified as a “Woman Who Gives”. Mary is a multi-award-winning writer, voiceover artist, and producer. A sixth-generation Vermonter, with one son, her daughter-in-law, and three grandsons, she lives in Elmore, Vermont.

Claire Roy

Accounting Director

Vermont has been home to Claire since graduating from St. Michaels College in Colchester, VT, with a Bachelor of Science degree.  In January of 2012, Claire joined The Manor with many years of experience in Long Term Care billing and accounts receivable.  Claire enjoys being a member of The Manor team and assisting the residents and their family members.
